Meet the Loc Specialist!
Hello all, my name is Tamala, but my friends call me “Tammy”.
I started my personal loc journey in October 2020 with about 15-16 inches of my natural hair. In my frustration of trying multiple hairstyles and trying to maintain my natural hair in its “state”, I decided to research loc installation. After contemplating for a few YEARS between Sisterlocs and micro/interlocks, I decided on the micro/interlock technique. I have to say, this has been the MOST freeing decision I have ever made concerning my natural hair journey. I absolutely love my locs due to the versatility of what I can do with them!
Six months into my loc journey, trying to find someone to maintain my hair on a consistent basis, became a task so I decided to become a Certified Loctician. I WANT to provide a top-tier service that my clients will enjoy and learn from. Most of all, I want my clients to love their locs and experience this new-found freedom with their hair!

PLEASE READ
There is a $25 late fee if client is more than 15 minutes late. If client is more than 30 minutes late for an appointment, without 48 hours prior notice, it will be canceled.
If you are unhappy with your service for any reason or if corrections are needed on installations, please contact Lavishly Loc’d within 72 hours of service. Refunds will not be issued. No exceptions. Payments are accepted through Cash, Cashapp, or Zelle.
*All new transfer clients (for retightening only) are required to give a non-refundable deposit to secure appointment. If you miss/cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited and will not go towards the next appointment. You will be required to submit another deposit to reschedule.
In adherence with COVID—the following measures are in place:
All clients MUST wear face masks that loops around the ears. Only the person being serviced is permitted. Absolutely no guests or children unless prior arrangements are made. Hand washing upon entering is mandatory. Hand sanitizer will be available for your usage. Prior to your hair appointment, you are asked to reply that you are willing to comply with these policies.
