Pre-Consultation Agreement (New Installs only) 

Clients hair should be freshly washed with shampoo only. Do not use conditioner, oils, or detanglers. Preferably, the hair should be air or blow dried, please refrain from using a brush or comb. The hair needs to be in its most virgin state. Not straight or slick.

 If (after the consultation) the client decides to move forward, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required to hold an installation date. This deposit is good for one (1) date change in the event of an emergency on the clients part. If the cancellation is made by Lavishly Loc’d, a full refund will be offered.
